Lee Nicholson

As Managing Broker of Covenant Lee oversees agent operations, Corporate Accounts, and Company Investments. His experience is wide-ranging, from cleaning out foreclosures for HUD as a college student in the early 2000's to Brokering a $29Million transaction with the Atlanta Beltline in 2025 to complete the Northwest Trail Extension and connect the Beltline to Peachtree Street in Buckhead. In addition to his work as a Broker, Lee has been a licensed appraiser, a licensed mortgage originator and Vice President of a national REO Asset Management firm handling $4Billion in inventory for Fannie Mae. Lee was a project manager on 47 new build to rent units for Progress Residential in 2014, pioneering the build-to-rent space. As a power of attorney buyer for Invitation Homes Lee Brokered hundreds of acquisitions. Specialties include tenacious resolution of unique title issues, default resolution, loss mitigation, Real Estate Sales, Management, Investment underwriting, consulting and non-traditional practices such as foreclosure auction acquisitions. Lee has a degree in Finance and an MBA in Strategic Management, both from the Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University.
