Specialties include tenacious resolution of unique title issues, default resolution, loss mitigation, Real Estate Sales, Management, Investment underwriting, consulting and non-traditional practices such as foreclosure auction acquisitions. Lee has a degree in Finance and an MBA in Strategic Management, both from the Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University.
